Orders are sourced, checked, QA reviewed, packed, and then handed to the shipping partner. Delivery estimates can change if source procurement or courier pickup is delayed.

Tracking details are shown on the order lookup page after a shipment is created. Keep your order number and phone number ready for lookup.
