1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ornam.in website (ornam.in) and any purchases made through it. Ornam.in is operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Ornam.in reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Any price applicable at the time of order placement will be honoured.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on Ornam.in constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or public holidays. Ornam.in is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and credited to your original payment method.

For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a full refund. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Ornam.in—including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs—is the property of Ornam.in and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@ornam.in if you suspect any unauthorised access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ornam.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, product misuse, or loss of data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
